KEREIS IBERIA is responsible for the processing of personal data obtained from users through browsing or use of the different forms on this website, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD) and in Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
2/Data collection and consent to data processing
Visiting this website does not necessarily imply that the user must provide personal data. The exercise or defence of claims of any kind related to the use of the website or the services offered through it.

6/ Communication to third parties and international transfers
Your data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except where there is a legal obligation to do so or those providers linked to the data controller who act as data processors.
When users provide their personal data through the forms provided for this purpose so that the data controller may provide them with personalised information or advice on a specific insurance product, KEREIS IBERIA may communicate such data to the insurance company for the sole purpose of complying with the data subject’s request, in accordance with the provisions of article 6.1 b) RGPD. For the same purpose, the data controller may communicate the data to other professionals who must necessarily intervene for the fulfilment of the data subject’s or user’s request.
International data transfers are not carried out; in the event that they are carried out at some point, you will be informed in order to obtain your consent.
7/ Retention of personal data processed
The data shall be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were provided or collected, without prejudice, where appropriate, to the exercise of the data subject’s right to erasure.
In relation to the processing necessary for sending commercial information on products offered by KEREIS IBERIA when the user has provided express consent, the data may be kept for as long as their deletion is not requested.

10/ Data retention in compliance with the LSSI
KEREIS IBERIA informs you that, as a data hosting service provider and by virtue of the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the information necessary to identify the origin of the data hosted and the time at which the service was initiated. The retention of this data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used in the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security, being made available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that so requires.
The communication of data to the State Forces and Corps will be made in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on the protection of personal data.
