If you wish to file a claim related to our services, you may do so by contacting Kereis Iberia through the following means:

Kereis Iberia undertakes to confirm receipt of your request within ten working days from the date of sending your complaint (unless you have received a reply within that time) and to provide you with a solution within a maximum of two months.

 

If you are not satisfied with the answer you receive, you may contact us again by the same means or contact the insurer of your contract, whose details are included in your contractual documentation (insurance policy, general conditions, etc.).

 

If the reply is still unsatisfactory or if you do not receive a reply within two months of sending your written complaint, you may refer the matter to the competent body according to the insurer of your contract:

In accordance with article 30.3 of Law 44/2002, of November 22, 2002, on Financial System Reform Measures, the Complaints Service is competent to intervene when a dispute has not been resolved after having previously filed a complaint with our customer service department.

is the body responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulations by financial and insurance entities .

 

If you consider that our services do not comply with the regulations in force in our sector, you can notify the DGSFP:
